My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The location was excellent, right in the center off Union Square, making it convenient for shopping, sightseeing, and transportation. The rooms, however, had odd furnishings like a chair with a large hole in the upholstery, which was a bit disappointing. The staff were cheerful and helpful, adding to the pleasant experience overall.
